Where can I buy Tickets?

How Can I Pay For My Tickets?

If you are buying tickets online from NightKey Ticketing, you can pay by credit card, debit card, or PayPal. If you intend to use Paypal for online ticket purchases, you will need to set up a PayPal account prior to commencing the purchasing process.  Click here to go to PayPal.

Which credit and debit cards does NightKey Ticketing accept?

Mastercard and Visa. All transactions are conducted in Australian (AUD) dollars.

How do I buy a ticket online using my credit card, debit card or PayPal?

Step 1. Find the event you wish to buy tickets for. Click on the “BUY TIX” box.

Step 2. At the next screen select the number of tickets you require.

Step 3. You’ll be then asked for your details. Below you will see the terms & conditions of sale of tickets to the event you have chosen.  Once you accept the terms & conditions, you will proceed to the page with the ticket holder details.

Step 4. If you have only one ticket in your cart, you details will be filled in for you. If you have more than one ticket, enter the names of the other ticket holders. They will be sent a copy of the electronic ticket via email and via SMS to their compatible smartphone.

Step 5. Next you will confirm your purchase and provide your credit/debit card or choose payment via PayPal. If you choose PayPal, after this step, you will be taken to the PayPal website to complete the transaction. Once you have done this successfully, you will be returned to the NightKey Ticketing website to finalise the purchase process.

Step 7. Once the transaction is completed you will receive a confirmation email.  Your ticket is delivered by barcoded pdf, you will receive a separate email containing your ticket as an attachment. You will also receive the ticket via SMS to your compatible smartphone.

Step 8. That’s all there is to it.

Supported Payment Methods: Bank Account, VISA, Mastercard and Paypal Balance.

What happens if the ticket I have bought to an event is cancelled or postponed?

If an event is cancelled or postponed, refunds will be determined by the Promoter/Venue. To find out about the refund availability and process:

  • you will be notified by email if you have opted in to receive email updates; or
  • you can review notices posted on the Promoter/Venue’s website or contact the Promoter/Venue’s via the email address supplied on the Promoter/Venue’s NightKey Ticketing listing.
  • If the event was moved or rescheduled, the Promoter/Venue’s may set refund limitations. Contact the Promoter/Venue’s for exact instructions.
  • If a refund has been confirmed by NightKey Ticketing then the following refund method applies:
    • If you booked online using a credit card, NightKey Ticketing will automatically refund to the credit card used for purchase within 14 days of notifying you that a refund for this event applies.
    • If you purchased the ticket(s) independently of NightKey Ticketing you will need to return the tickets directly to the place where you purchased the tickets.
