Refunding Tickets

Can I refund my ticket?

There are no refunds, credits or exchanges on all tickets unless the event has been cancelled or postponed as per our terms and conditions.

How do I obtain a refund on a cancelled or postponed event?

NightKey Ticketing will call or email you with details of each cancelled or postponed event as sometimes there may be other options rather than a refund.

Generally if you purchased on the web, mobile web or over the phone using NightKey Ticketing, then we will automatically issue a refund back to the credit card used for purchase. If this is the case we will email you a confirmation that your refund has been processed to the email address provided when you booked. It usually takes around 3 business days for the funds to return to your account.

How secure is my personal information?

For web purchases NightKey Ticketing employs bank grade 128-bit encryption to protect your credit card and personal information. Your NightKey Ticketing details can only be accessed by you using a login (your email address or mobile number) and a password. All credit card information stored by NightKey Ticketing is secured using bank-strength encryption. Our servers are housed in a secure data centre, inside a locked cage, that is accessible only by NightKey Ticketing technical staff.
